QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Through continual on job training, improvement, corrective action and preventive action and self-assessment, the Management of Minsar aim to achieve the following quality objectives;
- Full satisfaction of clients by providing competent up to date and quality services on projects undertaken. An average satisfaction level of 85% per year shall be considered as the minimum required target of achievement.
- Work satisfaction among staff of the organization through standard linked work procedures. An average satisfaction level of 85% per year shall be considered as the minimum target level of achievement.
- Ease of reference of Project Data and information through efficient retrieval of :
- Correspondence
- Externally Generated Documents
- Internally Generated Documents and Reports
- Design Drawings
- Design Computations
With a minimum of 85% level of satisfaction achievement recorded per year among the staff of the organization.
- To provide training through seminars, to a minimum of twenty (20) staff of the organization per year. An achievement level of 95% shall be considered as satisfactory.
- Achieve 85% or more level of satisfaction on performance assessment per year:
- On the Design Solutions provided during Design and Construction Stages of Projects.
- Of Construction supervision provided during construction stage of Projects.
- Satisfaction of the Management Review Team on the performance of Quality Management System in place. An average satisfaction level of 85% per year shall be considered as the minimum required target of achievement.
