- New Mukah Airport, Sarawak
Master Plan Study for Proposed New Mukah Airport, and Detailed Design for Phase 1 development for ATR72 aircraft operation. Earthworks completed in 2016 at RM130mil. Phase 2 commenced in 2017.
- Kota Kinabalu Airport Redevelopment, Sabah
Master Plan for Redevelopment of Existing KKIA for ATR72 operation. Works included Runway Extension to 3,780m, rehabilitation of existing Runway and Taxiway Pavement & extension to full parallel Taxiway and existing Apron. The Project was completed in 2013 (RM 700mil.).
- Upgrading of Labuan Airport, Labuan
Redevelopment of Labuan Airport for unrestricted AB330 operation, including a New Terminal Building and relocation of TUDM Hangar for Design & Build Contractor – RM 365 mil. Completed in 2009.
- Batu Berendam Airport Extension, Malacca
Master Plan Study, for Upgrading of Batu Berendam Airport, Malacca for Airbus B737/A320 operations.
- Kuching Airport Redevelopment, Sarawak
Extension of existing Runway to 3,780m over low swampy land, and a New Terminal with separate Arrival & Departure (RM 620 mil.) – Completed in mid 2008.
- Extension of Langkawi International Airport
Extended Runway to 3,780m for B747 operation. Works involved sea reclamation and subsoil improvement for the Airfield Extension, and a 8km long Double-Sided Sheet Pile Off-shore Breakwater. (RM315 mil. in1995)
- New Bintulu Airport, Sarawak
Turnkey Design and Build a new airport 2,780m Runway and a Apron with 5 aircraft stands (RM 380 mil., 2003).
- Extension of Miri Airport, Sarawak
Extended existing Runway to 2,745m, a new partial Parallel Taxiway and a new Terminal Building for AB330 Operation (RM 200 mil. in 2004).
- Extension of Mulu Airport, Sarawak
Extension of the existing Runway to 1,500m with Navigational Aid System for Fk-50/ATR72 operation for Design and Build Contractor. Project cost was RM 65 million, and completed in 2003.
- New Airport at Tg. Manis, Sarawak
New Airport at Tg. Manis, Sarawak for STIDC, with a 1,500m x 30m Runway and a New Terminal and Apron for eventual Fk-50 Operation. Project cost was RM 75 million, and was completed in 2004, except for the ILS system.
- Modernization of Brunei International Airport
The Project was won through Design and Build Tender among International Firms. The upgrading works doubled the size of existing Terminal (total 32,000m2) and a new main Carpark, (B$130mil. Completed in 2015).
- Feasibility & Master Plan Study of New Lawas Airport, Sarawak
The 5-months study was commissioned by Ministry of Transport, Malaysia in Feb. 2016. The study entails the traffic analysis and projections, assessment of existing Lawas Stolport, Site Selection of a new airport, economic and financial evaluation of a new airport.
